Did you know there are over 14,000 chemicals put in our food, the air, water, household products, personal care products, etc.?

Many of these are big players in endocrine disruption.

It is impossible to get away from them. They are involved in thyroid and adrenal dysfunction and disease as well as a major reason for low fertility and cancer.

There are things you can do to limit your exposure as well as assist the body in disposing of them.

  1. Limit or stop using plastic around your food. Buy fruits and vegetables not wrapped in plastic. Use glass containers for storage. Never heat food in plastic wrap or tupperware.
  2. Drink more bone broth. Bone broth actually helps to move glyphosate and plastics out of the body. But make sure you are getting REAL bone broth – bonebroth.com is a good resource. Or, make your own chicken or beef bone broth (see recipe here)
  3. Decongest your liver and gall bladder. This should be done at least once a year, along with body detoxification. Ask Dr. Nelson if you have questions or want to know more specifics to your health. Also, bring in your personal care products such as lotions, creams, sprays, etc. to be tested on you – or you can also look for cleaner alternatives without chemicals and heavy metals in them.
